Shelter Inc’s results for housing homeless veterans for all of Contra Costa County these past two years. We have veteran services offices in Bay Point, Richmond and Concord. Shelter Inc. of Contra Costa County is pleased to announce the following successes in housing homeless Veterans in all of Contra Costa County. - Over 562 family members served thus far
- Over 87% housed at the time of exit—in past year
