Public Meeting on Corps of Engineers’ Oily SF to Stockton Dredging Plan, November 13

The Corps proposes to dredge a deeper channel through San Francisco Bay so oil tankers can move more crude to and from Bay Area refineries. They’ve finally scheduled a meeting on the plan. Let’s pack the hall to tell them what we think!
