Planning for Quality of Life throughout our Lifespan

We aim to empower seniors and their families with knowledge of resources available through Medicare in the event you have a serious illness which requires medical treatment.  We will discuss the choices available when a serious illness is diagnosed so you can make plans and let your choices in care be known before actions need to be taken.  I have found much stress can be avoided if we make our choices for our own care known rather than leaving those decisions to friends or family who are designated medical power of attorney.  Many seniors have also said that making decisions before a serious condition arises, when we have time for questions and learning, helps them dictate their path the way they want to live it.  We intend to help you create that plan to walk your path by comparing perspective between high-level medical care versus hospice and palliative care resources.
