Want to get more out of your Lenten observance this year? Join us! This series of six weekly talks will focus on the Sunday readings of the Catholic lectionary for each of the weeks of Lent. We will consider the readings in advance of the actual date you will hear them in church. Presentations will include pertinent background Scriptural information as well as consideration of the major themes of each reading. We will also explore ways of meditating upon and praying the Scriptures week by week. NO previous knowledge of Scripture is necessary. Do bring a Bible, if you have one. Welcome!
